perfect distance to the universal parks. U Can Walk there in only 15-20 min. The hotel has a great breakfeast With different types of bread, eggs, fruit, muffins and waffels. There is also coffea, tea, juice and milk. Everything me and my family needed before a day at the parks. The pool is great after a Long day, and the area is gated so u can stay there without getting disturbed.

Breakfast was ok (not exceptional), the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was strong. The room space for 4 people is exceptional. The small fridge is a good item. The room service was efficient. The overall stay was great.

The location of the hotel was very good. The sister hotel which was just across the parking lot provided a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios , and it was walking distance to Orlando's Premium Outlet. The staff were very friendly, particularly Tamara who works at a receptionist and was incredibly friendly when checking us in. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a microwave, coffee maker, and a TV provided, as well as good WiFi. Breakfast was included. There was a good selection of snacks available to buy, as well as multiple water refill stations.

The property is very clean and safe. They have a great complimentary breakfast and have ice water available in lobby with citrus and another with cucumber etc all the time. The pool area is nice with a smaller sized pool and hot tub.

Tamara at the front desk was amazing and super nice. She personally delivered extra linens to our room before she went home for the night. The breakfast was great and different each day! Very quiet and pleasant! Free shuttle to theme parks. All of the staff were helpful and nice. It’s also dog friendly (with a $50 fee) but worth it! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Our recent stay at this hotel was overall a positive experience, particularly due to its excellent location and the delightful included breakfast. The hotel's proximity to the premium outlet was a significant advantage, making our shopping excursions convenient and enjoyable. Each morning, we were greeted with an array of breakfast options, which was a perfect start to our day. However, our experience was slightly marred by a mishap with the housekeeping service. Despite informing the receptionist that we required our room to be cleaned, the service was unfortunately overlooked. This was a minor inconvenience in what was otherwise a pleasant stay. On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were generally friendly and willing to help, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a good night's sleep after a day of shopping and exploring the area. In conclusion, while the housekeeping issue was a slight setback, the hotel's prime location and the included breakfast added significant value to our stay. I would recommend this hotel to those looking for convenience and comfort, but I also hope that the hotel staff will take note of this feedback and ensure a more reliable cleaning service in the future.

Wonderful staff. Kayla and Kat were exceptionally nice, efficient and very helpful. The Hot Tub was clean and a perfect treat after a long day at Universal. January temps made it too cold to swim in the pool. The breakfast room was run very well also. Free and ample parking. We took the shuttle to Universal in the morning, but chose to walk back later that evening from Universal. It took about 25 minutes from the front gate. 1.5 miles +/-

Super friendly staff we needed up staying twice a week apart and the receptionist remembered me and why I was staying now that’s above and beyond. She also helped us get checked in early since we drove 18 hours down to Florida from Buffalo. Along with extra pillows and towels since we had 5 people staying with us. The breakfast in the morning was great and everything was super close by without being too congested for traffic getting into and leaving the hotel.

Location was by a very busy freeway. Use white noise if you have it. Really helped. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast had lots of variety and was very good.

Affordable yet rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning is ALWAYS appreciated, and the staff was super nice.
